I give private lessons from home where
I have a dance studio.
Therefore, I am available to teach both
during the day and in the evening.
My home is 10 minutes walk from Clapham
Junction Station.

Alan Wallace
I come from a Martial Arts background. I was a Karate Instructor
for many years and learned how important self-motivation,
discipline and regular training are in any physical art.
More than fifteen years ago I fell in love with Argentine Tango
and it still fascinates me.
I continue to explore and develop my tango through constant
practise, workshops with visiting Maestros in the UK, Eruope
and in Buenos Aires.

I dance, teach, perform and I am also a DJ. I have developed
a teaching style that is considered to be clear and structured,
with attention to detail and elegance but which is also fun.
I believe that in order for people to have an enjoyable time,
good music is paramount. and to this end, I play an eclectic mix
of traditional and newer tracks. I aim to play music that appeals
to a wide variety of tastes and that is always danceable.
